| The 400+ cams (which I have) are a source of much debate. in that they are not quite relics but are definately products of older Teq. Jim Wolf has not done any R&D for the Z32TT since the prevelance of ethonal, if that gives you a reference for "timeline". The exhaust cams have an advance of 4degrees and were overall degreed to produce more power using larger turbos, but.....do not take advantage of the new breather mods that are now available! As Greg and Seb have described it to me, there is an inherant design flaw in them that can be EXPLOITED by retarding the passenger side(bank 1) to -10degrees that will give the cumbustion charge on that side an opportunity to burn more evenly with bank 2.****I want to point out that this was his discovery from years of tuning****** I.E......the darker rich stain commonly found above the passenger side exhaust on the rear rock guard is and was enough of an indication for me to take his suggestion on aftermarket exhaust cam gears. As a result, I'm blown away with the performance of my Z since he tuned it last weekend! I implore you, if you descide to go this route, and you should, if you are committed to these cams, which are performing WAY beyond my expectation......as a curtisy for this this invaluable info.......buy them from Greg!
